Azais-Polito, the last cannery in the city of Sète, was also the first to commercialize Sétoise Rockfish Soup in 1963. Today the reputation of the company for its quality products is well established on a regional, national and international scale. On June 2, 2010, its position as the leader in premium seafood products was formalized when, after three years, the INAO (National Institute for Origins and Quality) awarded the prestigious label to our fish soup, “Petite Pêche Côtière,” making it the first in the Mediterranean to fly the famous red ribbon!
The highly anticipated recognition was thanks to a handful of men and women with the same vision of quality and values working together in accordance with the tastes and traditions of the region to satisfy the consumer.
